BTS is a global organisation that provides a powerful portfolio of professional services.
The project Carillion subsequently managed was the modelling of the new BTS offices in Hammersmith, London. BTS had moved from its previous base where it had been for five years.
Of nine meeting rooms completed, six rooms were relatively straightforward while the other three involved some complexity and required very thoughtful planning.
Video conferencing plays a big part in three of the rooms.
It was the multi-functional boardroom that presented the largest challenge as it also has to work as a breakout, training and seminar space.
Sucha Ballay, BTS IT Manager says, "We essentially asked Carillion to look at the future of our business to ensure that we are efficient and effective. What we did not want to do was to re-invent the wheel.”
