Maintenance & Engineering
All equipment carries a manufacturer’s standard or extended warranty. With the majority of manufacturers, this means that if the equipment fails, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to base. On site engineering intervention is not generally covered by such warranties and therefore Carillion recommends to all customers that they take out an on-site Carillion Gold Care maintenance contract for permanent installations where reliability of equipment and optimum performance are critical.
Carillion Gold Care is realistically priced and offers value for money on site maintenance support for all installations we carry out. We will supply a quote prior to installation. Carillion Gold Care is the best option for complete installations - we understand the real needs of our customers and we provide a service which meets those needs. We have successfully supplied our on-site maintenance service for many years to customers all over the UK and Europe. We will also take over maintenance of installations we have not installed, subject to site survey and equipment check.
There are occasions, however, when all you want is to have an appropriate level of support for specific equipment, such as video conferencing systems or extended warranty for displays. We can meet your specific needs here too.
On Site Staff
Several of our larger corporate customers, with major audio visual facilities, have Carillion audio visual engineering staff located on site. This can be arranged on short or long term contracts and provides the customer with greater flexibility to manage their audio visual and video conferencing communications infrastructure.
